Console will not allow me to launch games or apps.

Please press and hold the power button on the console for at least 10 seconds until you hear the console powering down. Please wait until the light on the power supply (So not the light on the console) turns and remains orange, after that wait at least 30
seconds before powering the console on again.

menu? I had a similar problem with the Xbox app (there are two updates of that) and it allowed me to launch the game I was on at the moment.

I'm having exactly the same problem and unfortunately the game crashes instantly when launched from the start menu too.

It looks like there's not much of a solution currently.

I can log in to all microsoft websites. im logged in using my live account to post about the error.

The account is fully active on my console also.

I can launch a game, and immediately it allows me to sign in as my gamertag, however, i cannot sign in to any Xbox App, including Gamepass on the PC or the console companion.

Hey ! Do any games or apps ever launch? It sounds like you may need to send your console in for repair since this issue is continuing after a factory reset. Post back and let me know!
