Console will beep but won't turn on

my Xbox will make the beep noise or whatever you want to call it and the logo will light up when you go to turn it on but then turns right back off. It happened yesterday and today. Is there anyway to fix this, and do they know whats causing it.

Console won't turn on

the power supply light is orange and I have unplugged from console but the xbox still will not turn on. you can hear it when you try to turn on but the console won't turn on.

 

Am I using the headset adapter wrong?

Am I supposed to hear a beep when I do that. Mute button turn yellow but no beeping. I hear a beep on the headset that comes with the console. That's why I'm wondering if mine is broken.

I have had this problem lots of times and only way I can get to work is repeatedly press the eject button, once disc ejected console turns on ok.

I had the same problem just a few minutes ago. I don't know if it's indicative of anything serious or not yet; but I solved it by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds.

 

Worked for me too. No disc in the drive but after I pushed it a few times it turned on.

 

try to turn console on with the controller middle button while tapping the eject button, just worked for me with no disk in

I have the same problem with my xbox one original. I unplugged the console during one new system updates you get if your signed up for the early updates. And I plugged it back in at a friends and since then it hasn't come back on, it just makes a beeping
noise but the lights along with console won't come on. Please help!

 

I also can't eject my disk it also makes the noise but doesn't do anything, and if I spam it the it will start to sound like it's fading off
