Console was wrongfully banned during account suspension

Hi

While serving an XBox account suspension, my console was flagged wrongfully and was issued a month long ban during a two week suspension from my account.

This was not brought to my attention until the day my account ended and I was still unable to access online play and communication.

I wish to appeal to the enforcement team to investigate the console ban for being wrongfully flagged but I am unable to because there's is no contact support for them and extremely frustrated. Does anyone know how to contact them directly?

Xbox Live 3 Month

You have or have not received 3 months? If you did your account still shows silver. Along with the 3 months of Gold they are giving those customers 1600msp, for any time and trouble. Your console may have been wrongfully banned from an error on their end.

Who can I talk to about wrongful enforcement?

who can I call regarding a recent account suspension? I believe someone wrongfully reported me and I cannot dispute.

The only way to contact the Enforcement team is through a case review on their website:
http://enforcement.xbox.com - they do not have an email or phone number for contact, nor do they post here on the forums.

Device bans are currently not eligible for case reviews, according to

here.

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and
users may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

i was wrongfully banned the with a communications suspension but when i looked at why i was banned it was cause of my gamer pic now why was i given a communications suspension i was wrongfully banned in the first place the picture wasnt breaking guide lines i dont see how this photo break guidlines

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.
