Console was supposed to be unbanned, but is still banned! Please help!

I don't know if this is the best forum, but here's my case. Back in August I was banned on my account and my Xbox for communication, my console ban should have ended on the 8th. My account is still banned till Nov. 1st which I realize, but since my console
is unbanned I should be able to use other accounts. Now here is the problem, I still can't communicate on other accounts. I've tried contacting multiple agents, resetting my entire xbox, buying new live nothing. The only thing I can think of is that they said
they unbanned my console but some how messed it up. If anyone can help my contact an enforcement agent or help me please let me know. And don't tell me to create a case review because I created one before so it won't let me do it again. Anyway someone please
help it's been a month.

I was banned but I seen that I was supposed to get unbanned today and it is still showing in banned

I was banned for two weeks and on 31 I was supposed to be unbanned but everytime I get on it says I'm still banned someone help

once an xbox is banned thats it, they will never unban it, this is the pitfalls of buying a used console. support will not and cannot assist with this and the enforcement team are unreachable unless you have been banned and they still won't unban a console.

Please don't bump an old thread. Once a console is banned, it won't be unbanned. If you buy a used console that's banned, you would need to try taking it back to where it was purchased. Microsoft will not unban it because it's second hand. You don't know
what they did to have it banned in the first place.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

It's possible your suspension has been extended to 100 day suspension which is why it doesn't show on the enforcement site.

You can contact support
here & they should be able to tell you if your suspension has been extended but will not be able to do anything about it.
