    hey, i sent my console for repairing with the cables but when i got it back they didnt send the cables, somebody knows what should i do to get them or how ask for them?

    Warranty for console ?

    The failure rates for this generation are very low, you shouldn't have a problem that can't be resolved. I bought the exrta coverage from bestbuy and used it once on the mic. I will use my coverage to replace my controller before it expires. If you have the money, go for it!

    Remove all accessories from the Xbox console or Kinect sensor, and remove any discs from the Xbox hard drive.
    If you send them, you probably won’t get them back.



    If the repair center sends them back it will be within 10-14 business days from when you received your repair back.

    Also if you wanted to get the receipt from him as long as it's within 30 days buy the ms complete warranty it's worth the coverage for 3 years
