    Console update


    I started my console update 2 hours ago, it has been stuck on "step 2 of 3: verification complete" and has been there for about and hour and a half now. What should I do? I checked through the xbox app and I have 21gb of space available so I don't think that's the problem. I have an xbox one x and am updating from 7771 to 7772 using a wired connection if that helps at all.

    it gives me a error status report with w, x , y , z, ID, L, Q, T, A, G, D, N, S, C

    Err... if applying the update by USB Flash Drive as per the Local Install instructions at
    http://xbox.com/update the USB Flash Drive should NOT be prepared as an Xbox Memory Unit!
