    And incase someone has the idea of updating offline I don’t have access to a pc or laptop with a usb

    First reports of DOA / broken Xbox One's surfacing?

    Just wondering if these issues with greenscreen and console
    Rebooting, etc are something to so with the day one update?

    Has everyone had issues after the update or is it a limited few?

    I'm wondering if it's an idea to just do a hard reset of the console after the update installs.

    Seems some folks are being impacted by a update pushed today. I too am impacted by this error code. Checked the official xbox support twitter feed and they posted appropriate teams are working to fix/resolve the issue. Haven't seen an updates since the posting
    was first published about 2 hours ago. (Xbox Support (@XboxSupport) | Twitter) I'd recommend monitoring the twitter feed. Until a fix is issued, IMO any effort in troubleshooting will not present any change. Just have
    to wait this one out. Something is obviously hosed.

    You are not alone. This is an issue for sure. Microsoft hasn’t admitted anything yet for some reason.

    I just purchased mine today and having the same issue. Good connection with same error. Trying to download offline update now but painfully slow for some reason. I checked my build against the update list and it is earlier than the first one which
    tells me this unit has been on the shelf for a year or better. Probably why it wont update normally.
    I have the same exact issue. I've gone through all the steps, even made the usb to update offline, and it comes to the screen to let me do that but the software update button choice is not activated.

    before anyone asks, yes, I've done all the things at least 5 times. I've tried with and without wired or wireless, I've even reset to factory settings and started all over again.

    I tried to use gamer expert but he just copied and pasted the same steps I've already done, and I told him that at the beginning of the conversation.
