Console update fail

Hi I'm a member of the Xbox preview programme and today my console has decided to do another update. However the update just freezes on 84% on stage 3 of the update. I have read online that it could be a few problems. I have already removed all usb's from
my console, reset my internet/modem 3 times. Hard reset my console multiple times and also un-plugged from the mains. Nothing seems to work. It's been 2 hours now. Does anyone have any ideas?

I wasn't able to do this as I don't have a pc anymore. But a factory reset solved the issue. Thanks.

but remember chose the better for you and this delete all to factory setting you need to download all again.

Try the the factory reset. There you get the option to keep your games and apps. Then the update should work out. Hope that helps.
