console turns off with disc

Discus and support console turns off with disc in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; the Xbox one S shutdown if i put a over watch disc in but it won't if i put any other discs in and if it does work (sometimes) it will download to 81%...     the Xbox one S shutdown if i put a over watch disc in but it won't if i put any other discs in and if it does work (sometimes) it will download to 81% and stop and says installation stopped

    Hey there!

    That's an odd issue! Do you won an Xbox One or an Xbox One S? Let's start by trying each of these steps:

    1. Press and hold the power button until your Xbox One console fully powers down.
    2. Remove power from the back of the console and let it sit for 3 minutes.
    3. After the time has passed, plug everything back in and give it another shot!

    Thank you for checking. Let's then remove the disc and use a clean soft cloth and clean the disc.

    After that perform a powercycle before inserting the disc again.

    Try removing the disc, go into settings/turn off console from within the settings menu, wait 5 minutes, turn the console back on and try the game disc again.
