Console turns off always when a game is starting

I have already sent the console to repair. It came back today but the problem remains the same. The Xbox one turns off when a game is in its loading screens. It happens with more than one game.

xbox 360 randomly turns off

My console turns on and then off by itself and when I turn it on it shuts off withing a min or so from starting

XBOX ONE can't switch off

Hi, my Xbox one developed strange issue, i can't turn it off.

I can select from the menu - turn console off, its starting to turn off, but as soon as it completely turned on, its boots up again.

only solution is to unplug power completely, which is not very convenient.

Additionally when I am plugging power it, its immediately starts to turn on, but with multiple console starting sounds. It seems like Power button is being pressed all the time. its a sensor button, so it shouldn't be a button issue as far as I understand.

Sorry to hear it. You'll need to contact phone support to let them know what's happening then. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

However, in the meantime I wanted to mention that if you have your console plugged into a power bar you should plug it directly into a wall socket.

Oh, you sent me to a transfer process I did years ago.

On THIS console.

Let me put it nice and straight for you:

I log on. I'm connected to Live. My games don't show as trials.

I boot the game. The game starts. Xbox disconnects. My game turns into a trial.

This is not a matter of transferring my licenses to a new console.

THIS. IS. ALWAYS. ON. DRM.

If it weren't then the license wouldn't turn off when the game inexplicably kicks me off Live.

Same problem here.... Always on mode doesn't work anymore. When turning off in the evening it stays in always on mode, the next day it is completely off. Started with the last system update.

I was also wondering, is it normal that the fan starts going as soon as I turn on the console? Like it's always loud, not only when playing games.

I seem to have a problem on start up latelying. When you get to the home screen and try to play a game or access anything nothing responds. When I turn my console off the white light at the front of the machine flashes for about 5 to 10 minutes then turns
off. After that when I turn the console back on it works fine. Starting to get fed up with this now.
