Console Turning Off, Controller Will Not Sync

Hey there Ashford! Is your controller wireless? If so, your controller may not be synced properly with the console anymore. Try turning the console on with the physical button, then try syncing your controller by pressing the sync button on the console and
controller. Once they sync up again, turn your console off and try turning it on with the controller. Let me know the result of this, thanks!

Just wanted to check. If you turn off all controllers and the headset, then turn the headset on, press the sync button on the console, then the sync button on the headset, what quadrant position does the headset sync to when all controllers are off? If it
syncs up to the top left quadrant, try turning the controller on at the point and see if things start working for you.

Try clearing the cache on your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work, contact official support to get your unit shipped for a repair.

Additional Information: I have turned the console off - with both controllers still on and attempting their syncs, and both turn off when the console shuts down. I turned the console on - using the controllers and they sync up with console - both the black
and white control. But why would they not sync while in game.

I am not sure if this happens to all games or if it just happens when i play Alone in the Dark.

I am confused... What is causing this and how to fix it?

Yes, it will keep on blinking when you are downloading games while it is off. Try syncing the controller again with the console because as long as the controller is already synced with the console, it should be able to turn it on.
