    Hello everyone, im a bit worried. I own my xbox series x for about 3 weeks, never had a problem.

    Today i was playing gow on my pc, decided to call it off for today and turn on my console. I unplugged my pc, and then plugged the xbox on the same socket.

    Press the turn on button... then my screen shows the xbox logo, and it turned off. It only happened once, and since then i tried to recreate that turning it off and on over 10 times, loading senua and staying frozen for like 40min to see if something bad happen. EDIT: Couldnt recreate the issue.

    Do you think my console is damaged, or this can be a 1 time issue? Maybe its because i unplugged my pc and plugged my xbox in less than 2 seconds?

    Probably has nothing to do with the hardware and was a OS crash, sometimes can happen due to some cache data not loading properly so it turns off and then it won't happen again, this also happens with PCs sometimes but doesn't mean they are damaged

    The first step that I would try is a hard reset. To do this, go to Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off. Turn it back on after a few seconds and see if it helps. If that doesn't work, do the same thing again, but this time unplug the power cord from the back of
    the console for 5 minutes before trying again.

    I had this same issue with my Titanfall disk. After speaking with a Xbox Live Tech, we seem to have resolved the issue by doing the following:

    First, remove any discs in the console, then go to Settings > Disc and Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage > Clear it 3 times.

    Next, please go to Settings > Power and Start-Up > Turn Xbox One Off. Once the console is off, please unplug the console from the power supply.

    Then after 30 seconds, please plug it back in and turn the console back on.

    Once the console is loaded and you are signed in, please test pop the game disc in and see if there are improvements.

    After these steps, i confirmed the fix by turning off the Xbox twice and attempted to recreate the issue.

    Seems to have worked for me.

    You may please try to do a system cache reset and check if that helps.

    To do so please hold the powerbutton of the One for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even if the One turns off after a few seconds. Wait for the power supply to change is color to orange and then stqrt console again.
