Console troubles, please help! 3rd post I've made

Okay, here is what happened to me today. Took several minutes to load up and go to home screen, which it has been doing. I start playing Destiny, it's okay, but when I pause to look at menu, the screens will be blank, and take around 10-15 seconds to load
items in them. I play about an hour with gameplay not affected, but then game starts to lag, buttons become unresponsive, audio goes in and out, and finally get stuck on loading screen. Did hard reset, unplugged for few minutes, now taking about 10 minutes
to load home screen. It is on black screen now, hasn't done that for about a week until now. Is there anything to get my console working properly again?

this is my 3rd post, cannot find the 2nd post. AGAIN was 99 percent to 5th star and less then 4 dollars away. spent close to 100 dollars all before even the last week of december, was told would get a follow up or pm but am getting neither, please look at
my account to verify for yourself and correct the problem, good day.

You might need to try a factory restore of your console. Maybe someone else has some other ideas.

If you are ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Restore factory defaults.

Read the warning message, and then select Yes.

 

Yeah, that's about the only thing I haven't tried. Just hate to spend so much time installing all my games again. At this point though, I'll try anything. Was gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling the games been having trouble on, but since the dashboard
is giving me trouble too, being slow, unresponsive, it probably wouldn't matter would it? Appreciate your reply.
