console temporary ban

so i got a account suspension for one week trying to change my account profile picture, i got suspended for no reason because the profile picture never even published, it was a nude cartoon picture and i understand that, it was for a joke but then i wanted
to change it to a character from spongebob, spongebob is a childrens cartoon, and i got introuble for that too, as well as it also never appearing on my account. im getting introuble for something that has never happened and even after waiting a week for account
to be unsuspended, my xbox itself is in a ban, i can play some games but i cant go into party chat, multiplayer sessions or invite or join friends. the support team says itll get unbanned eventually but when why am i not allowed to know when ill be able to
play again why is it so hard to just unban me i didnt even do anything wrong. plus this was my first time getting introuble in the 6-7 years being on xbox live . completely ridiculous

I was banned on the 17th of January 2018 and my Xbox received a 2 week ban and this stopped family members from being able to sign in and they did nothing wrong I was wondering if the console could get unbanned and just my account be banned as they would
like to play and cannot, thank you.

I would imagine that when you submitted the pictures to use as your profile picture, a program flagged them as possible infringement. A real person then checked them and because your first picture was of a nude character (why did you do that? you must have
thought it would get you into trouble) and then your second one is of a copyrighted character.

So in response to your "I didn't even do anything wrong"

Yes you did, you know you did, so man up and take your punishment and stop complaining.
