    Console Sync button fault

Since the update today, I've been having an issue it's not causing any system issues just annoying with the random click

My console keeps trying to sync to a controller when I havent prompted it to.

I've tried cleaning to sync button and hard resetting, I dont want to resort to factory settings but if it fixes the issue I may have to.

Anybody else having this issue? I am on the Xbox Preview Beta. If that helps

    :)

My Xbox controller will not connect

Are you pressing the sync button on both the controller and the console at the same time? Try unplugging your console for a few minutes, plugging it back in, powering it up, and then try syncing by pressing the button on both controller and console at
the same time. If that doesn't work, check your batteries. If this doesn't work my next guess would be that there may be a fault in the controller. Good Luck! Hope this helps!

Xbox One X Sync Button Not Working

I also have same issue with sync button. Just starred this week as my elite controller failing constantly to sync or Start xbox. Button makes error noise and does not allow console to flash for sync with controller. Is there another way apart from put
cable to controller as this also seems to be random ar fixing the issue. Is this a known fault or a bug created from an update i dont know

Can someone help me re sync my controllers ?

    Sync the Controller:
To sync a wireless controller with your Xbox, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on.
Press and hold the small sync button on the front of the Xbox Series X console (located near the USB port).
While holding the sync button on the console, press and hold the sync button on the controller (located on the top near the Xbox button).
Release both sync buttons when the controller's Xbox button starts flashing. The controller should now be synced with the console.

    Update failed can't do anything

Try holding in the sync button on the console and power the console on keeping the sync button held in.
