Console Sync and Restart Issue

So I have been recently having a sync and reset issue where the sync button and the holding the power button for three seconds don't seem to work anymore and I don't know why. If anyone could help that would be nice. ( I'm on xbox one)

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

So many people are having this issue with fortnite. You need to do a hard restart on the console. But i would also restart you router to give you a better connection when they sync together

This may work for you it worked for me when I had syncing issues. What you need to do is take your console offline from the network, then do a hard restart and once the console is on set it back to online mode this should fix the issue.

There was a point with me that I could not even sync with the servers and grab my saves online.
