Console suspension

My console was banned this morning, since then I have been on live chat. I would like to know why I have been banned as I only talk to my friends on the Xbox and just play fifa with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to look at your enforcement history and view information about your past and/or current suspensions.

You can find out why you were suspended on the enforcement site
here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

Rules are the same on PSN so you wont get away with whatever you did there either.

no you have to go to enforcement.xbox.com

And file a case review however it wouldn't be chatting for console bans

Who told you you've been accidentally console banned? The Xbox enforcement team does not have a live chat to tell you that as far as I know?

Support shouldn't be telling you that you were "accidently" console banned as it's nothing to do with them & the enforcement team can't be contacted by chat.

They are the only ones who deal with console bans & it wasn't them you spoke to.

There's nothing anyone here can do other than what's already been posted.

They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting
with someone Keyboard to Keyboard.

if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
has probably sworn at somebody again.
