Console suspension

I'm not able to play any multiplayer or talk in a party. I haven't received any messages or emails that I'm banned/suspended. And it doesn't say anything on enforcement.com. So I don't understand what's the problem? I have open Nat and Xbox live. I've restarted
Xbox and internet at least a dozen times. My friend signed on my account Andy he had zero problems with multiplayer and was able to talk in parts. Can someone help me?

Console suspension

My console was banned this morning, since then I have been on live chat. I would like to know why I have been banned as I only talk to my friends on the Xbox and just play fifa with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

Do you mind enlighten us why your console was suspended, and why you think it shouldn't have, so we can try to help explaining it?

They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting
with someone Keyboard to Keyboard.

You can't file for a case review on console suspensions or bans.

if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
has probably sworn at somebody again.
