Console suspension

Discus and support Console suspension in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; what would cause a console suspension?     what would cause a console suspension? And what’s the difference between a console suspension and a account suspension? I was suspended until 8/10/18 with just my one account but I made a new account to play on and they gave me 2 extra days and a console
    suspension. I already checked enforcement.com it whatever and it’s useless. Doesn’t say anything about why they gave me an a tea 2 days and suspended my whole console. Those enforcement agent nerds need to be put in their place.

    My console was banned this morning, since then I have been on live chat. I would like to know why I have been banned as I only talk to my friends on the Xbox and just play fifa with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

    Support does not handle suspensions/bans.

    You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    A console ban locks your entire console out of being able to sign into Live, not just your account. Account suspensions will only suspend your account from being able to sign into Live. Creating a 2nd account to get around your suspension is considered ban
    dodging which could be why your suspension was extended.

    They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting

    You can't file for a case review on console suspensions or bans.

    if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
    has probably sworn at somebody again.
