Xbox I get why you console suspended me but I think you shoul of not because that was my first bab.

Console suspension

My console was banned this morning, since then I have been on live chat. I would like to know why I have been banned as I only talk to my friends on the Xbox and just play fifa with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
the affected device. Given the severity of this action XBLPET takes each device ban extremely seriously, and only takes action after a lengthy investigation.

They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting
with someone Keyboard to Keyboard.

You can't file for a case review on console suspensions or bans.

if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
has probably sworn at somebody again.
