Console suspension

My Home xbox has a console suspension on it. I am just curious as to why it has this as I already have an account ban for my actions and I am a first time offender. I also don't understand why this is being treated more seriously than something like a harrassment
issue which is clearly more serious?

Console suspension

My console was banned this morning, since then I have been on live chat. I would like to know why I have been banned as I only talk to my friends on the Xbox and just play fifa with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting
with someone Keyboard to Keyboard.

You can't file for a case review on console suspensions or bans.

if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
has probably sworn at somebody again.
