Console suspension

I have an xbox one and my son got his account suspended. He is listed under my family but because his birth year was wrong he is listed as an adult. I have corrected his birth year on his account. Because of we cannot appeal his suspension. Under my
account it says we are clean but under his account it says we need to go through the family account (mine). I am on the phone with xbox support and they told I need to submit this here.

Now my daughter and I cannot play online either.

About my sons suspension. He admits he did what he was suspended for but what we do not understand is why none of the other participants (who were also sending memes with nudity) were suspended. Why only 1 person from the group. This suspensions is impacting
the whole family. Along with his account being suspended, I had also punished my son for his poor decision making. I would like to see his suspension lifted.

Console suspension

My console was banned this morning, since then I have been on live chat. I would like to know why I have been banned as I only talk to my friends on the Xbox and just play fifa with them. I haven't done anything wrong.

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not use the forums. If it's an account suspension, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If it's a console suspension, there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding those.

They said I asked for Refunds which I didn’t and still got suspended. And do they think I have two xbox’s to play on it one is suspended. Idk why the Enforcement team doesn’t have a phone number. Do they lack social skills or what? I’m tired of chatting
with someone Keyboard to Keyboard.

You can't file for a case review on console suspensions or bans.

if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
has probably sworn at somebody again.
