Console suspension or account

so this my first this my first suspension and I'm still not able to play my 2k or join parties and it said today I would be off suspension but I'm still on yes I said something's but I was going through some things cause I just had a close friend that pass
and I was trying take the pain away by playing the game online trying to calm myself down playing gta I then some people kept killing me so I sent them a message bc I was already mad and they was being racist using racial slurs towards me so can I please get
my account unblock or my console I was just having a bad day I'm really sorry for my actions and will not let it happen again

Unknown Console Ban

Console bans are permanent.

Console privilege suspensions aren't,which is what you have by the sounds of it.

These are usually issued to prevent someone from using a different account to avoid a suspension on their main account or because several accounts on the same console keep getting suspended.

You can not appeal console bans or suspensions so you will have to wait until the suspension is over.

Account/Console Temp Ban Issue

Console suspensions do not show on the enforcement site.

Like I said,either a account on your console is suspended or it's possible you used a second account to avoid the suspension on your main account.

Anyway,console suspensions can't be appealed so it's a case of just waiting until the suspension is over.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

I had to call support twice as there is no way to contact them. They finally told me to go to the forums and here i am, in the forums, being told to not.

Well unfortunately im not a gamer like you because I dont have an account or xbox to play on.

What do you mean “some people think they’re smart”. What did they expect me to do when they perma banned me... stare at the screen and flail around.

Also, since you’re an ambassador of xbox can you answer me why the enforcement team say they’re transparent when i have seen nothing of the like.

Im sorry, but its not as simple as losing car keys. Its losing Five+ years of games and money on the account. Its five+ years of progress and achievments. Im pretty sure i learned my lesson.

But dont you think if someone like me cant apropriately use the gamerpic feature, they should take that, and only that away from me.
