Console Suspension Inquiries

To whom it may concern,



This is Veronica [MOD Removed - Please see
Forum Guidelines] the owner of (gamertag). Recently my console was placed with a temporary suspension which started last Jun 21, 2017 12:22:03 AM - Which should ended last Jul 5, 2017 12:22:03 AM - UTC Time zone. However, upon checking the
console, it still appears suspended which is why I contacted Xbox Chat support. The support Ericson C. assisted me and confirmed that the suspension on my console should lifted. Ericson C. advised me to restore the console to factory defaults and restart it
to refresh the Xbox. However, the status of my console didn't changed. The support advised me to raised this through forums instead to reach the Xbox Enforcement team to review this further. This case was also recorded under SR #
[MOD Removed - Please see Forum Guidelines]. Please assist me on my console's suspension

I'm looking for forward to your positive response and further assistance regarding this matter. Also, please allow me to thank you for your taking your time on reading on my concern and giving an opportunity to post to Xbox forums.

Random / Unfair Supension With No Reason Given Or Email Say Why

The Xbox Support Forums do not offer any assistance with suspensions, as the Xbox Enforcement team does not post here. Enforcement is the department that exclusively deals with all matters related to suspensions.

You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

 

Hey there! I'm assuming your talking about an Xbox One console. If so, the "console ban" is only privy to Xbox 360 consoles, not the Xbox One. The suspension or Enforcement Action would be against your Gamertag/Microsoft Account. For more information
regarding the current or any past action, you can check the via this link:
https://enforcement.xbox.com/enforcement/showenforcementhistory . Once you log in via that link, click on the orange gavel and it will take you to your enforcement history. For any current action against you that you that is over 24 hours that the enforcement
team deems as a "reviewable offence" there will be a small review button next to the action. Click that, fill out the form and you will have to wait for a response from Enforcement.

If you have a 360 that is subject to a console ban, it is unfortunately just that, a ban...permanently. For more information regarding this and other enforcement related questions, please visit this link.
