Console Suspension for...?

I received a two week console suspension and I have no idea why. My main account has randomly been suspended twice for 'Harassment and Threats' and now my burner account the same thing. I feel like someone is contacting Microsoft and just reporting my account for nonsense and Microsoft are blindly suspending me. This is getting out of control and the saddest part, and the main reason for this post, is that YOU CAN'T EVEN CONTACT ANYONE! I have zero reason why I am being suspended out of what seems like the clear blue and there is no where at all for me to get answers other than a general copy/paste reason. Literally the mindset of 'Trust us, you're a piece of garbage. Screw you' and this is so unprofessional and outrageously unfair and it is insane that a company as large as Microsoft handles things this way.

Also I'm tired of hearing/seeing 'console bans/suspensions aren't issued lightly' yes they are and I've seen a history of this personally. They don't investigate. They look into what was reported and that is it. That isn't investigating, that is reviewing. Investigating is actually looking into the entire issue, front and back. Not just what is put in front of you which can be completely out of context. I have friends that were a couple and they split up and his ex contacted Microsoft support and gave them this whole story how he is 'harassing her' and told them he was previously console banned and boom, they console banned his new Xbox on the spot. Everyday I see people use the Microsoft reporting system to be spiteful, why do they not account for this?

I think Microsoft needs to keep people's mental health in mind with things like this. A lot of people use gaming as an escape. A lot of people use their consoles to replace a cable box nowadays. They are taking so much more from people than they realize and to give no reason, explanation, contact, conversation, recourse, anything? That is so far from acceptable. Trust me, I know actually getting assistance on this from a real person is too much to ask, that isn't what I'm expecting here, I'm hoping this post is taken as a learning curve for Microsoft going forward and for them to actually listen and understand. One person sitting behind a computer should not be able to make an End-All-Be-All decision on something that cost people hundreds, most cases thousands, of dollars. It isn't fair.
