    Console stuck on green loading screen


    Hi,

    Where I can't go past the green screen on the Xbox One. I've left it for hours but nothing happens.

    I've tried the whole offline update/system reboot with a USB Drive but my console doesn't respond to holding the side button and eject button etc.

    Spoke to Microsoft who said it could cost £200 to fix - which I categorically refuse to pay for an 18-month old console (which was actually replaced 8 months ago!)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I got that same update now xbox stuck on main green loading screen what gives

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately it does sound like a repair may be in order there but I'm not sure that the price you were quoted is accurate. Try setting up a repair at the link below. It will post the cost of repair for you.

    Is the Console stuck at the green loading screen or are you just seeing a black screen? Or is it a Error Code your getting?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps.
