Console streaming not working in Iowa?

Discus and support Console streaming not working in Iowa? in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Everytime i attempt to set up my console, it says that my region is not supported?     Everytime i attempt to set up my console, it says that my region is not supported? I live in the U.S (Specifically Iowa). Is there any way to fix this? I looked at the supported reigons list and it says the U.S is a supported reigon.
