    Console Streaming not supported?


    When I try to use the game steaming app it says 'sit tight! Console streaming isn't in you ring or region just yet.' I live in Victoria, Australia. Is it really not supported here? I checked their website and some YouTube videos and they say that Australia is supported. Is there a way to work around or fix this issue?

    Edit: I found a work around by changing my Xbox's location. But I'd still like to know why it does not work in Australia when it is advertised to do so.

    Xbox one s to Xbox digital streaming

    Hi, I don't think this is possible at the moment. In the future it should be possible to stream to a tablet or phone using https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-streaming/console-streaming but
    this is currently in preview so is still in the testing phase at the moment but might potentially be a solution to your problem if you have a spare compatible phone or tablet. I'm not sure if the console streaming will support console to console streaming.

    all you are doing is streaming the image from the console, the console has to be used the same way as you would on the tv, a controller is only supported, i don't even think the games that support KnM even work over streaming and still have to use a controller.

    Unfortunately, IE on the Xbox console does not support the Flash media player. Apparently, it supports HTML5, but most websites do not currently use that. Media streaming websites such as YouTube will not offer video streaming to the Xbox (apart from their
    console app) due to the lack of Flash support.

    Hi Alfrddd

    Streaming on the console companion on PC is not supported on the Xbox series consoles. Only Xbox One.

    The only platform that you can currently stream from is iOS and Android, using the Xbox app.
