Console streaming any good?where can i use it.

@ LostKauz Good question. If you can stream your game from the cloud from any console, and play as your streaming, why install at all, assuming you have a good enough connection to support this? I heard that installs are mandatory. Why, if you could stream
from the cloud? That seems to make no sense.

I have Frontier as my only option for internet, so streaming anything is a hassle.

Excellent point, I didn't even think about the streaming in the Xbox app. That doesn't take much of any computer power at all to run, that is running the game on the Xbox console and streaming, basically, a video feed of the console to your PC and is
really using minimal compute, but does use a good bit of local network (not internet) connection.

Not good enough? How about the FACT that people buy these consoles to be used AS media streamers? You know, where the console is used in the family room, by the family, instead of just spolied children who apparently don't realize there are streaming apps in the app store

Are you talking about streaming to Mixer or Twitch?

Local streaming to the Windows 10 Console Companion App?

Streaming from the beta xCloud service on Android or iOS?

Streaming the beta remote Console Streaming on Android or iOS?

Or a different method?

Thanks Wild! Can you confirm exactly how you are streaming from your PC? Where on the console are you accessing these files from? Sorry, I'm not super familiar with music streaming, so any specifics you can provide would be very helpful. Thanks!
