HELP

my console stopped working, i tired changing the power cord and HDMI, i tried several HDMI cords, but no display, the power light is on but nothing shows up...any suggestions. Before this last crash i had to restore factory defaults, now its completely
down.

get compressed air and spray in ur xbox it should get all the dust/dirt out and then try to completely restart ur console

but also all my games have gone and no it hasnt red ringed but it has frozen before that what happened and then i lost all the games and profiles??

that error code means that there is an issue when trying to download your profile. Here are some steps you can take that may clear that up. As for storage, did you have a red ring pop up or has it froze before?

You make have lost it from the freeze. Try these steps and let me know if it solves your profile first.

yeah that's a bad hard drive. Your profiles and games are saved to your hard drive so if it freezes and you hard reset then they can be all wiped out. I highly suggest calling support hardware department maybe they can get you fixed up!

We cant discuss self repairs on here OP, (repairs that would require you to open the console).

So the only course of action that can be suggested is to contact MS and order a repair/service.

If you are still under the standard warranty (1 year from original purchase date) then a repair would be free, otherwise there would be a charge attached.
