Console Stolen: Options?

My xbox 360 Slim Console was stolen along with my Xbox One. I was wondering what options are there?

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

well i know my local game had their x1 stolen, console only, nothing else..... tho it has been bricked by microsoft

i would suggest removing any payment methods associated with any gamertags stored on the console through xbox.com and changing the passwords to those tags as well. you could try contacting support to see if they are able to provide serial numbers of the
consoles that were taken, in case you do not have them recorded. they can also assist with ensuring no one purchases anything with the mentioned payment options. finally you should contact the police and file a report.

Sorry to hear it. Support will not be able to assist with this and will not give out the serial numbers of your consoles. However, you can get them from the following link if they were registered.

Definitely change the email/password of your gamertags. You can do this at this link
https://account.microsoft.com/

And finally, as mentioned above, contact your local law enforcement agency and report the theft. Provide them with the serial numbers of the consoles. They can subpoena Microsoft for the tracking info of the consoles to help find them.
