    Console still says I'm banned But I'm not.


    Recently, I was banned for 2 weeks from 6/8-6/22, 10 minutes after I was "unbanned", I joined my friend's party, but it said "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people, I also tried to send a message to my friend and it still says "Because of your
    past behavior, you cant send messages" even after my temporary ban was over. All 4 accounts on the Xbox are also saying the same thing, even though only one was banned. When I sign the Xbox Smartglass app on my computer, it also says that I'm still banned
    on my account, but my little brother can use the Smartglass app just fine on his account, but not on the console. In my enforcement history, it says my last suspension given was on June 8th at 2:41 P.M and ended on the 22nd at 6:41 P.M. and shows that my suspension
    is over, but the Xbox says I'm still banned. I've so far have made no progress in figuring out what's wrong. I received a Communication ban on June 7th, and at 6:41 P.M, I also received a Harassment ban on June 8th. This morning, I called Xbox Support and
    they hung up right in the middle of when I was talking too. I'm about to just give up since no one is even attempting to help me out.

    This is clearly an account suspension with duration till 2017-06-28, 8:56Console still says I'm banned But I'm not. :pM

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    I am clearly not banned or you failed to tell me I was so I feel I should be unbanned as you guys failed to let me know for 2 weeks now. If not I'd like my games transferred over to different account.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can find out info about any enforcement actions you have on the enforcement site

    Console bans are either 30 days or permanent & are not issued lightly.

    As it's a console ban you can not file for a case review.

    You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.
