Console shuts off during gameplay no support from Microsoft

I am not sure where i can even get this information to Microsoft because they have no email option and the chat is useless and the phone people can't do anything. Anyways here is my issue hopefully someone here can help me.

I recently purchased and XBOX One for me and my family and upon getting home with this device it has been nothing but nightmares dealing with this Xbox and the customer support process. When i first plugged in the console everything was great but after jumping
into a game it flashed a jumbled screen and shut off. Thinking this may be a one off issue, i tried playing a different game, Lego: The video Game. After playing for 4 minutes the console did the same thing. I immediately contacted Xbox support, this process
was difficult because first after waiting for a call back for 45 minutes, the call was so scrambled it was disconnected. I then called Microsoft again and got through all the troubleshooting steps and the support person decided it had to be exchanged but before
the exchange could be completed I was disconnected again and never received a call back. So when i tried back the support line they were closed.......

I then waited until Friday morning to try again, this time I did the chat support to finish the exchange but because this was a new call they made me go through troubleshooting steps again. And at the end they told me they couldnt do the advance exchange
which made me wait on hold for a person to do it over phone. After speaking with someone on the phone again, they finally got the exchange working after 1 hour 30 min but when I checked the status of the order today it said cancelled!!! With no notification
as to why.

I waited on hold again and contacted Microsoft support and they bounced me through multiple people and after forcing me to call my bank (who confirmed the hold was there). I have 4 SR numbers that all have failed and Microsoft still is not replacing my console.....
I am beyond mad at the customer support and product and will not be recommending this console to any friends or family. I have always purchased Microsoft products and been a loyal Xbox fan forever but this type of support is unacceptable.

I still have no resolution for my problem after trying multiple cards for the advance exchange and no way to get ahold of Microsoft....

Xbox shuts off during gameplay

Hello there, I have an original gen Xbox 360 and when I play games like sitting or call of duty: black ops 2, I get maybe 5 minutes into the game and the entire system just shuts off. I checked the power bricks to make sure this were not the issues, I
check the hard drive and the Xbox still shuts off without that in it. Are there any other troubleshooting suggestions? I do not want to have to send my Xbox in when the new one is within the next year. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I swapped power supplies and problem is still there. I put in a movie and the movie runs perfectly fine. It's still going and we are approaching 30 minutes.

 

Hey I know it has been some time but I recently have the same Xbox issue. I also tried the advance exchange and it would close automatically, so I put in a standard exchange and currently and waiting for the return. Did you eventually get your new Xbox?
And is the problem fixed?

 

No, I also did the standard exchange but it is currently "under inspection" at Microsoft. One of the Xbox representatives called me and I asked for somewhere to give feedback. So I am waiting on that.
