You should contact Xbox Support to see if you need the power supply replaced.

Hi! First you should try
performing a power cycle/hard reset and if that doesn't work, also do a factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again):

This is happening to a few of us on reddit. Its switching between youtube and other apps from gaming when the console randomly shuts down. Booting back up everything is fine but then it will randomly do it again when switching apps. Its something on microsofts
end it seems.

When the console shuts down does the console stay off? Are you not able to turn the console on again?

If the console is able to turn on, then try to change the power source.

If the issue continues I suggest to try troubleshooting the console operating system by performing a soft factory reset and keeping games and apps
