    console shuts down


    I have a One S, and lately if I watch youtube then go to play something my console shuts down. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so did you fix it and hows? Any input is very much appreciated.

    Console shuts down

    Since destiny update 2 days ago my console will not let me play any games and powers itself off, I cannot even install the new Xbox update and it powers itself off, tried everything recommended to fix it, any good people in the forum got any ideas to fix
    it?

    I just realized that it only seems to do it when after I have been watching YouTube. Could it be the YouTube app causing a problem? Also

    This is happening to a few of us on reddit. Its switching between youtube and other apps from gaming when the console randomly shuts down. Booting back up everything is fine but then it will randomly do it again when switching apps. Its something on microsofts
    end it seems.

    When the console shuts down does the console stay off? Are you not able to turn the console on again?

    If the console is able to turn on, then try to change the power source.

    If the issue continues I suggest to try troubleshooting the console operating system by performing a soft factory reset and keeping games and apps
