Console shuts down after launching games

    Console shuts down after launching games


    Recently, my xbox one has been shutting down completely within minutes of launching a game. Both digitally downloaded and disk games shut the xbox down after about 1-3 minutes of game play. Oddly, apps do not seem to be effected by this issue, and are running
    normally. It is not from overheating or a power source issue. I have already called the xbox help number, and was connected with a hardware employee. We tried many different troubleshooting options, none worked. I wasn't able to set up a repair because i am
    a preview member, instead I was told to create a post on the forums and write about my issue. He said I should be contacted soon with someone who can help repair my xbox.

    Xbox One error code: 0x87e10007

    Try Resetting your XBOX. Hold the Power Button down till your console shuts down. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on and try launching your game again.

    Probleme

    To resolve this problem, try resetting your console manually:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button
      on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off.
    2. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button
      on the console again to restart.
    3. After your console has restarted, try signing in and launching the game or app.

    I had this issue with the game loading. In order to get it to load again I would shut down my xbox(hold my finger on the power button on the console until it shut down completely, not just going to sleep) and then turn it back on...my game would always launch
    after a reboot like that.
