    Console shows up in app, when I click connect if refuses to.


    I get an error message every time I click connect to my Xbox One. When its hard resetting it doesn't appear, but when its on it wont connect. I think* ive been having this issue since I got a new wifi box. Any help is appreciated.

    Turning on Xbox One remotely

    Make sure both your app and console are up to date. In the Store in Windows, click your user picture, then Downloads and Updates, and Check for Updates to make sure your app is updated, and on your console, go to Settings, System, Console info & updates.
    If they are, in the app on the Connect tab, click More by your console name, then Forget console, and add it back.

    got a new smart tv, going to Xbox thru tv app, but my old stored games can't be found ?

    The game console is connected to the Smart TV, so when I turn on no home screen shows up with my apps or games I had purchased before.

    Xbox one X wont turn on.

    If you have a pc you could try to connect to your xbox with the Xbox Console Companion app by clicking on Game Streaming in the bottom left corner of the app and searching for your console. This would show you if the console is working and the issue is
    with the hdmi port on your console.
    I just tried your suggestion, It wont show that the console is even on, it asks me to power it on. I do and it just says error. My Xbox has always done that until the console is on the home screen essentially. So it definitely isnt an issue with the image
    just not showing up.

    Cannot log in to the PC game pass app.

    It's the Xbox (Beta) App on my PC. No error code shows up unfortunately. The app straight up refuses to take me to the sign on screen.

    I'll try that Xbox identity provider app for sure!
