All downloaded games will be waiting for you in My Games & Apps when you sign in with your profile all you will then need to do is download them again.

since I am guessing console means the games and hardware and service is actually xbox live gold subscription

Console - 8/10 (So many good games and exclusives I wouldnt have been able to play otherwise)

Service - 0/10 (You literally couldnt pay me to renew gold, and never had a customer service experience)



As a comparison here are rating for a few of the other consoles I like:

Nintendo DS - 10/10, 5/10

Nintendo 3DS - 7/10, 6/10

PS3 - 9/10, 8/10

PSVita - 8.5/10, 6/10

I think by service he means straight up online.
