    I have to eject and insert a blu ray movie ALOT of times before the console finally reads the movie, I have about 45 blu rays in great shape for movie nights with the family. This has been a constant frustration for the family and I, now possibly
    I have to send this in for repair AGAIN? Anyone else had the same problem? What should I do? It plays games fine, all our movies are pretty new from Costco so I doubt it is them...

    IMHO a stand alone Blu-Ray player is always going to do a better job of playing Blu-Rays than a console. As you already own the 3D Blu-ray player what's the issue?

    Xbox One repair centre problem

    Replacements are not new, with the consoles anyway.

    I sent mine in for repair for a simple repair of the small door on the rear of the console for the s/PDIF cover and they sent me another console. It couldn't have been new as the side USB port had loads of little marks and scratches inside the gap for it.

    Also it has a different serial number to the one I sent away.

    The E68 error message is an error code for hard drive failure. There is nothing wrong with your xbox, the hard drive has gone kaput. Only way to fix that is to go and get a new one and pop it in, problem solved.

    And no, you cannot save the data off the bad drive and attempt to transfer it over to the new one, if your drive is in such bad shape that it is giving off the E68 error code, there's no recovering it. On the bright side it will make for a good paperweight

    Sorry to hear you are having problems.

    If you are still having issues then you will need to have the console sent in for repair OR you can trade it in for another console.

    Hi, the best option would be to have the console repaired by Microsoft. I'm not sure if they still do this but the last time I sent a console in for repair they included a 1 month code card for Xbox Live when they sent the console back so you don't end up
    losing any gold time.

    What do you mean the company you sent it to? If the console was sent to someone other than Microsoft themselves then we can help you no further. Only the official Xbox repair service can repair your console.

    If you had sent it to them they would have repaired the console and/or sent you a refurbished one that works.
