  1. Console Reset After Asking to Update

Turned the console today and it was asking to update. I hit yes and the updates ran and the console restarted. When it came back on, it went through the first time setup and updated again about halfway through. After the update, it asked for me to sign in
and then did the Kinect setup. After that, all the games, apps and profiles were no longer installed.

It is working now, but had to reinstall everything. Filing a bug now.

    :)

First reports of DOA / broken Xbox One's surfacing?

Just wondering if these issues with greenscreen and console
Rebooting, etc are something to so with the day one update?

Has everyone had issues after the update or is it a limited few?

I'm wondering if it's an idea to just do a hard reset of the console after the update installs.

Mind me asking, did this happen to occur right after the 6/28 update? Also, have you attempted a hard reset (hold the Xbox power button on the console for 10 seconds?)

Console Reset After Asking to Update

It seem that the problem was a glitch with the licenses. Its a normal thing and is just temporary. Nothing to really worry about.
