Console replacement- Disc missing

I sent my console in for repairs. The reason for repairs was that my FIFA 18 Rolando version disc got stuck and would not eject. Even tried the manual method but could not get the disc out so sent the console to Microsoft with a note saying that the disc
was stuck. Please return.

Received replacement console today but no disc. Called support and have been told that no disc will be given. It's Microsoft policy. Called the store and had paid extra for warranty. Store needs physical copy. Mo more Rolando version available in store.
Any suggestions?

Skyrim glitching and freezing

I emailed Bethesda support. Here is what they told me:

Purple textures denote missing textures, and the fact that your console won't install the disc means that data is missing and your disc is damaged. Despite looking perfect, discs can be damaged by means outside of scratching. We recommend a replacement of
the disc.

If you need a replacement or exchange, try exchanging the product at the place of purchase first. If that is not possible, follow the instructions below.

There is no fee for replacement of a missing CD-ROM, Manual, or Map within the 90-day warranty period for the original purchaser only (does not apply to used copies). Replacement of a lost item or an item after 90 days as listed below:

Xbox 360 disc - $20.00

I had only had my game a couple months. Luckily I found my receipt. I exchanged the game and now it works perfectly!

Note: to exchange the game outside of the 90 days or you don't have he receipt you'll have to contact Bethesda.

 

Xbox one console not reading discs

So I picked up a console for 10 bucks it was missing some pieces so I replace what it needed and booted it up. It would not read discs, I dont see a spinning gear or anything showing that it recognizes that there is a disc in it. So I bought a new laser and tray and replaced it. Same thing, it will spin for about 3 seconds and stop. Xbox never recognizes the disc. I reset the xbox, tried it, updated it, tried it.. nothing.

 

Anytime you send anything into Microsoft repairs you are warned you may not receive anything but the console back, even if you did send a note. All you can do is try finding another store to buy it from or buy it digitally.
