Console rejects discs

So whenever I want to change games, I'll press eject and the console will eject the game then pull it back in. So I press eject again and it stays out. Then I put the game I want to play in, Titanfall or Ghosts, and it says the disc has an error, cannot
be read or may be scratched. I have to power cycle my console with the disc in it for it to read games. This didn't use to happen when I got my console, but now happens every single time I want to switch games.

WTF microsoft?

I would contact support team and send the xbox in for repair mate sounds like a faulty disc drive

I was having this issue. I cleared the Cache and the problem went away.

Sure there is a reject button on the console, CloudySeeker777. It is on the front just to the right of where you insert the disc.

Yeah, it does that on Battlfield 4 every so often. I usually take the disc out, and restart the console, and that fixes it. I believe it is something specific to a few games, and the issues they are having on the development side, rather than the console.

If your console is rejecting the physical discs all together, that might be a console issue, in which you would want to do an Advanced Exchange to get a new one.

I had the same issue to disc drive after preview update on march...I insert a disc and play...after I eject disc and drive pull disc into...I reject and finally I can change the game and not reading... it says to clean the disc..but the disc is cleaned...then
I reboot consolle pressing for 5 8 seconds and drive return to read...boh...I called microsoft but although all I continue having same problems...so I thought an update problem or not!? what do you think?
