console registration

I can't register my console in Xbox.com to apply my warranty.always appears an error message we can t register your console now,please try again later. [Mod Removed - Please do not post serial numbers on our public forums.]

Console Registration

Hi all!!

Been a while since I was on here.

I have just upgraded to a new Xbox One Console and all looking good so far. My question is. How and where do I register the console? I've had a look around but couldn't find anything?!?!?

I'm sure I registered my old 360 when I got originally?

Console Registration

I recently purchased an xbox one off of craigslist and was invited to the dashboard beta app. When I open the app, it tells me that this console is already registered to another account. I went to the Xbox online service center, registered the xbox to my
account, reset my xbox and I am still getting the same message when I open the beta app. I was working with another Xbox representative earlier this evening trying to resolve the problem and he sent me here. He also gave me a reference number, but I don't
know what I'm supposed to do with it.

Sorry to see any issues with registering your console! I've removed your serial number to help protect your personal information once this is registered in your name.

While we cannot help with registering consoles other than pointing you towards the site, we can at least get you in the right direction for the teams that can help. Using our
Contact Us page, you will want to reach out to phone or chat support for further assistance. They should be able to add the console on to your account. If you have issues using chat because it
will not let you put in any name information to the site, you will want to fill out your information on the
Account site for that to fill out.
