    I recently purchased an xbox one off of craigslist and was invited to the dashboard beta app. When I open the app, it tells me that this console is already registered to another account. I went to the Xbox online service center, registered the xbox to my
    account, reset my xbox and I am still getting the same message when I open the beta app. I was working with another Xbox representative earlier this evening trying to resolve the problem and he sent me here. He also gave me a reference number, but I don't
    know what I'm supposed to do with it.

    Hi all!!

    Been a while since I was on here.

    I have just upgraded to a new Xbox One Console and all looking good so far. My question is. How and where do I register the console? I've had a look around but couldn't find anything?!?!?

    I'm sure I registered my old 360 when I got originally?

    Sorry but the registration is for another gamertag and cannot be switched. You'll need to go in to the registration app and select Remove From Program. After the August update is released your console will be removed. At that point you can request an
    invite from one of your friends who is in the program.

    will not let you put in any name information to the site, you will want to fill out your information on the
    Account site for that to fill out.
