Console random shutoff on only my profile.

Simple, I'll play Halo 5 or Fortnite for about 10-30 minutes and then my console will F***ING DIE, and now i cant turn off the font options because Microsoft is **** conspiring against me. Good time to note this issue
only happens on MY profile and no one elses. Im gonna reset this **** console and dump on you Microsoft **** in reviews everywhere i can unless this **** ceases.

Unable To Access My Downloads Library

Not only can I not play my downloaded games, but I get two different types of messages, some saying I bought the game on another's profile(there's only one profile on my console) or an error message with a random code that's not on the error help site.

You dont need to use that kind of behaviour....You can try several things:

- Just do an power cycle to your console ( Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console ) and wait if happens again;

- Delete your profile from your console, and add again;

- You can do a factory reset choosing "keep all my games and apps" and it will refresh the operative system.

The problem seems to have fixed itself but i dont know what was causing it but its fine now thanks.

Hey there, the following link has some good troubleshooting steps which it appears you haven't tired:

I suggest going through that and posting back with what you tried and if it worked or not.
