    Console Purchase Pilot Program - Legitimate Question


    So I have a legitimate question about this and it probably will never be answered but hey I guess I can try ... why when people signed up for this were the people who have been in the Insider Program since the very VERY beginning not given preference over those that just joined?

    I have been in it for 7+ years I think, I signed up IMMEDIATELY when the Pilot Program launched and I keep getting the dreaded "Thank you for your interest" message back from them.

    Yet one of the guys I game with, who literally just signed up for the Insiders Program to JOIN the Pilot Program was selected in his first attempt, then turned around and flipped his XBSEX because he already had one.

    I mean I would have just thought it would have been a level playing field to order people by the amount of time they've spent helping with the program and completing survey after survey, etc. I mean am I wrong for thinking this? A straight up lottery doesn't seem to reward those of us who have dealt with reinstalls of alpha OS'es etc. very much for doing these things.

    Will you please consider selling most of your XBox Series X consoles directly to consumers?

    As this is a community forum, we don't have any information on what Microsoft plans to do. Microsoft did have the Console Pilot Program which allowed Insiders only to purchase the console. There's been no word on if they'll do that again. Otherwise, the Microsoft Store has had them in stock on and off as well.

    Sorry princess, my bad. It was a question, and I provided a legitimate answer, whether you like it or not isn't a concern. Getting banned is one way to get out of the anbassador program, is it not?
