    Console purchase pilot not working


    So I need help, I signed up for the console purchase program about a month and a half ago in hopes of getting a new series x. It seemed to work fine and I was getting a message about every week from Xbox letting me know I wasn’t selected. Then I stopped getting the messages. I looked on the insider app and I did a survey regarding it. Next day I check the insider app again and it’s no longer on my joined previews. Can anyone help? Idk if it’s a bug or I was kicked out. Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through the Xbox Insider Hub like the article that you linked says to?

    "If you’re interested in potentially buying an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you’ll need to hop into the Xbox Insider Hub and sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through there. Good news if you signed up last time and weren’t selected: Microsoft says that you’ve already opted into this round and won’t need to do anything for the chance to be selected again."

    Im having a similar issue. The caprice pilot I purchased through zune is there but nothing else. there should be an episode of voltron and some marvel stuff. the console says I own it but its not in xbox video.

    Some recent backwards compatible Xbox 360 downloads don't correctly recognize ownership on Xbox One and Series X/S consoles.

    Same here with Time Pilot - Scramble is affected in the same way as well.

    The games show as purchased in my purchase history, they work on my Xbox 360, but they do not appear in my ready to install list and going to the store results in them showing as needing to be repurchased.
