I turn on my xbox one and it stays at the begining when the screen is green and it says xbox one and it dosen't go tu menú, need help

[/quote]Yes, the power supply is supposed to have a orange light when the console is turned off. That is completely normal.

Hello, Please un-plug Your Xbox Console from all power sources for 30 minutes and then plug it back in and attempt to turn it on again. If this issue continues to happen feel free to reply and I will get to you ASAP.

If the power reset suggestion above does not work, try a "hard reboot". Once you turn the Xbox on and it's been sitting at the green Xbox screen for more than 90 seconds or so, hold the power button down on the Xbox for 10 seconds or until it powers completely
off. Let it sit for another 30-60 seconds before turning it back on. Once the Console comes back up to the green Xbox screen, let it sit. Don't panic if it is still on this screen for more than 30 seconds, just be patient. Afterall, its a computer. Most
computers don't just power on and let you get right to messing around, they take a little while to boot up. Mine tends to stay there for one minute or more after a hard reboot. Let me know if this helps.

 

Having the same power issue. Resetting the psu does not work. Light on psu is orange then white then orange. Can eject disc and there is power at the USB ports but power button on console comes on then shuts off.

my console @ times freezes with a laud noise then opens from begining or I have to shutdown the console.

and I only have 1 save slot left, what do I do about that? Its just a mess!!.

In order to attempt to get your console working properly please follow these steps,

Go to All Settings>System>Console Info & Updates>Reset Console>Reset and Keep my Games and Apps

This will require you re-calibrate settings such as Language>Time>Kinect>ECT...

For both Aradna and Bobcat, is your console plugged directly into the wall or is it connected to a power strip/surge protector? Those can mess with voltage and cause power issues, if that is part of your problem. Aradna, if you're still unable to get past
the green XBOX logo screen you may have a corrupt boot file in the Xbox. I can't say for certain but, if that is the case, you may need to send your Xbox console back to Microsoft to diagnose the booting issue. Let me know guys...
