Console problems

Xbox one is the worst ever gaming console i have ever bought. 90% of the time the console doesnt even work. when it does it slows down drastically and freezes mid game. until today i have seen green screen of death more often than the xbox startup page.
that is despite restoring the console to factory settings and staying updated. is there a solution to my problem or shud i put this console in trash can?

I cleared cache when i first had the problem with watching DVD's but a week later the problem seems to have got worse, I could ring support and get it sorted that way i suppose but I still have 2month on my warranty from the shop so should be able to go
tomoz to Game and get it sorted a bit quicker shudnt i?

Hello, Please un-plug Your Xbox Console from all power sources for 30 minutes and then plug it back in and attempt to turn it on again. If this issue continues to happen feel free to reply and I will get to you ASAP.

Personal preference really & depending on the space your going to put the Xbox 360 in, I've got 2 consoles (Original & S model) myself & have both positioned vertically, never had any heating issues or any issue for that matter, you decide as I don't think
there is any compelling evidence that suggest's one way is better than the other, just remember not to put them in confined spaces or block the fans/vents airflow.

Also there is no need for extra fans, they do more harm than good.
