    I have checked both my network status and my multiplayer status and they both say they are all good, but I cant join or start any party. and I try to load a game that requires internet and it is just black screening. is anyone else having this problem or
    know how to fix it please??

    Negatve feedback is hurting this gamertag when I play multiplayer games and it's ruining my video games experience

    Anyone having any xbox live problems because my internet is causing major outage problems when playing a different gaming console like PS3 or my PC.

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    Having problems with playing DVD with this app I downloaded.

    It keeps saying Region 2 discs not compatible with a Region 1 console.

    Console was bought from Amazon UK, tried several other DVD but getting the same error.

    Anyone else had problems with this?

    A hard reset should fix up this problem right away.

    Turn off console, unplug the cords connect to the console, place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds, plug everything back in and turn on console. Let me know if this helps

    Okay you clearly didn't read anything I have Written. This is exactly what I am talking about. For what is hopefully the last time. I do not have a problem with my recurring payments! I have read and understand the terms and conditions. I was once again
    just pointing out the regression of the recurring payment system between the XBOX ONE AND THE XBOX 360 consoles. I have once again already gone through the Internet connection/network settings problem. IT IS NOT ON MY END! I am once again clearly still connected
    to Live I for some reason just get kicked out of my games and get an error message saying that I don't have a Live subscription, yet I can still see all my friends along with what is in the store, etc. That means I am still connected to the internet. SO THE
    PROBLEM ISN'T ON MY END! The fact that your response didn't answer a single question and you clearly din't understand my issues shows the decline in customer service that I am so angry about. The service Never used to be this bad. I hope I making sense to
    you this time.

    After months of complaining I finally got someone from the support team to help me with my problem. As I stated before the issue wasn't on my end. They simply had to restart my live account. Now my service is much better. Also the reason other players
    and myself are getting kicked out of our games/party chats is because microsoft is updating their servers. This is causing problems for some of the gamers. So to put it simply, when these sort of problems occur you have to turn something off and turn it back
    on. I went through every form of turning things off and back on, my system, my internet, etc. When the problems continued, I then knew that someone, above what I can do, has to turn something off and back on. I finally found someone to do just that. Please
    understand my frustration isn't directly at you personally. It's the fact that everyone that attempted to assist me kept telling me the same exact thing but all of them were wrong. I consider that negligence and ignorance on behalf of the company. It took
    11 months to find one competent person to solve my problem and give me a simple explanation as to why these problems were occurring. I am no longer angry but I do find that unsatisfactory on behalf of Microsoft.
